Miss
participants must complete the Teen Promise Career Choices
Exploration program. The program content will explore the following:
Who Am I? What Do I Want? How Do I Get What I Want? The program will
conclude with each participant completing a 10-Year Achievement Plan,
resume and cover letter.

Lady Ms. Category (Age 19 -40)
**Leadership development position- During her reign Lady Ms becomes chairperson of the Teen Promise Advisory Board

*The registration fee is reduced to $100
if the entrant is a mother who has a daughter participating in the Teen
Promise program.

*If you need assistance paying your sponsorship fee, apply for a Sponsorship Scholarship or a Sister-Friend Scholarship.
Sponsorship Scholarships that pay up to $50 of your sponsorship fee are available for Early Bird Entries.
To qualify,completed application including all attachments and request statement must be received by the EARLY BIRD DEADLINE. The request statement must include a one paragraph statement explaining, "Why I deserve a Sponsorship Scholarship."

* Sister- Friend Sponsorship Scholarship recruit your sister or a friend to register and you both receive a $60 sponsorship scholarship. Enclose a one paragraph statement naming who you recruited and "Why We deserve a Sister-Friend Sponsorship Scholarship." Both applicants application and all attachments must be received by final entry deadline.
